| THE Sail Loft Studio – Accommodation comprises lounge/dining/four poster bed and separate private bathroom. A staircase from the ground floor private entrance leads to the Studio Apartment with great Harbour views. |

| The sleeping area has a king-size Four Poster bed with luxury duvet, a cot will be provided on request. |

| Two comfortable sofas with low coffee table form the lounge area which is equipped with colour TV. DVD IPod & MP3 player and Internet network available by arrangement. |

| The Dining/Kitchen area has kitchen with sink, four-ring hob, combination microwave oven & grill, fridge, kettle, and toaster etc, with breakfast bar and high stools. Just yards from the Studio you will find our butchers and well stocked deli. |

| The separate bathroom with bath and shower over, low flush WC and heated towel rail looks over the courtyard. |

| The Sail Loft Studio is centrally heated and is fully equipped with all necessary self catering equipment. Bed linen is provided; however please bring your own towels. |

| There is a beautiful sunny courtyard garden area with BBQ to the ground floor for guest use, and we do operate a No Smoking policy throughout the premises. |
 |
| Due to the location and age of the property the Sail Loft Studio is not suited to those with mobility or individual access requirements. |
